澳門大學傳訊部每年均舉辦公關系列工作坊。今年先後舉辦了五個不同主題的工作坊，包括影像說故事的基礎技巧、社交媒體內容創作與攝影技巧、人物特寫和專題報導技巧、演講技巧及公關禮儀。

該系列工作坊面向大學公關工作小組成員、學生公關大使、校園記者及所有師生員工，藉此提升他們的接待、校園新聞撰寫及攝影等技巧。

The Communications Office of UM organises a series of public relations workshops every year. This year, five workshops were held on techniques of video storytelling, social media content creation and photography skills, the basics of writing profiles and feature articles, public speaking techniques, and etiquette rules for public relations.

These workshops are open to the members of the University PR Task Force (UPRTF), PR Student Ambassadors, UM Reporters, and all UM staff and students. They are aimed at improving the hospitality, campus news writing and photography skills.
