澳大持續進修中心為教育及青年發展局開辦五個與教學人員相關的專業課程

澳大持續進修中心於11月至12月期間為教育及青年發展局開辦共五個與教學人員相關的專業課程,旨在提升教學人員的教學質量,促進他們的專業發展。該五個課程分別為 “拓展幼兒思維的教與學”、“提升兒童學習動機持久力” 、“設計思維的教育創新:翻轉傳統教學之創意教學遊戲設計” 、“核心素養背景下的學科融合教學案例” 及 “中學數學個性化教學課堂策略”。學員總人數達120人,他們來自多所澳門中小幼的教學人員。

課程簡述如下:

一. “拓展幼兒思維的教與學”:本課程著重於幼兒思維發展的規律,幫助學員掌握有效的教學策略來設計能夠拓展幼兒思維的教學活動。

二. “提升兒童學習動機持久力”:透過案例分享,讓學員深入了解幼兒的學習模式,運用不同的教學策略,提升兒童自主學習和專注持久力。

三. “設計思維的教育創新:翻轉傳統教學之創意教學遊戲設計” :本課程強調在教學設計中融入創意元素,幫助學員了解設計思維的概念及在創意教學的關係裡,靈活地運用設計思維的方法來設計教學遊戲。

四. “核心素養背景下的學科融合教學案例”:本課程探討學科融合教學的理論基礎、優勢及挑戰,通過案例分享展示如何培養核心素養。

五. “中學數學個性化教學課堂策略”:本課程概述個性化教學的定義及重要性,讓學員了解如何設計及實施個性化教學,特別在多媒體技術的應用上。

五個課程現已圓滿結束,並獲得學員們的一致好評。

澳大持續進修中心繼續致力為教育及青年發展局開辦更多培訓課程,持續推動教學人員的專業發展,進一步提升澳門的教育質量。

 CCE organized five courses for the Education and Youth Development Bureau

CCE organized five professional courses for teaching staff from November to December for the Education and Youth Development Bureau. These five courses, which were “Enhancing Young Children’s Thinking in Teaching and Learning”, “Improving Children’s Motivational Persistence in Learning”, “Educational Innovation in Design Thinking: Flipping Traditional Teaching to Creative Teaching in Game Design”, “Core Competency-Oriented Integrated Subject Teaching” and “Strategy in Personalized Teaching in Secondary Mathematics Classroom”, were designed to improve the teaching quality of teaching staff and promote their professional development. Total number of participants was 120, and they are teaching staff from kindergarten, primary and secondary schools in Macao.

Courses were described below:

1. “Enhancing Young Children’s Thinking in Teaching and Learning”: This course focused on children’s thinking development which help participants to master effective teaching strategies and design teaching activities.

2. “Improving Children’s Motivational Persistence in Learning”: Through case sharing, participants had deep understandings of the psychological principles on children’s independent learning, concentration and endurance.

3. “Educational Innovation in Design Thinking: Flipping Traditional Teaching to Creative Teaching in Game Design”: This course emphasized the integration of creative elements into teaching design and helped participants grasping the principles and effectiveness of different methods so as to design teaching games flexibly.

4. “Core Competency-Oriented Integrated Subject Teaching”: This course explored the theoretical basis, advantages and challenges of integrated subject teaching, as well as demonstrated how to cultivate core competencies through case sharing.

5. “Strategy in Personalized Teaching in Secondary Mathematics Classroom”: This course outlined the definition and importance of personalized teaching and allowed participants to understand how to design and implement personalized teaching, especially in the application of multimedia technology.

The five courses have been completed successfully with great recognition and positive feedbacks were received from the participants.

CCE continues to provide training courses for Education and Youth Development Bureau to promote the sustainable development of teaching staff.
