我們很遺憾地通知您,我們最近收到 Zoom Communications, Inc. 的通知,由於銷售政策發生變化,他們將從 2025 年 1 月 1 日起不再向大學提供服務(即會議、網路研討會等)。

您應該知道什麼:

  • 2024 年 12 月 31 日之後,與您的 UM Zoom 帳戶關聯的所有資料將永久刪除且無法存取。
  • 2024 年 12 月 31 日之後,任何指向您即將舉行的Zoom預定會議和雲端錄製的超連結都將失效。

您應該做什麼:

  • ICTO 強烈建議您在 2024 年 12 月 31 日之前雲端錄製內容從 Zoom Cloud 下載到本機磁碟機(如有必要)。

We regret to inform you that Zoom Communications, Inc. has recently notified us that they will no longer provide its services (i.e. Meeting, Webinar, etc.) to the University starting from January 1st, 2025, due to their sales policy changes.

What You Should Know:

  • All data associated with your UM Zoom account will be permanently deleted and cannot be accessed after December 31st, 2024.
  • Any Zoom links to your upcoming scheduled meeting and cloud recording will not work after December 31st, 2024.

What You Should Do:

  • ICTO strongly recommend that you download your Cloud Recording from Zoom Cloud to a local drive, if necessary, before the end of December 31, 2024.

How to download Zoom cloud recordings?

  • UMMoodle’s Zoom Meeting Plugin will also be disabled. You can use the following method to add Team’s meeting link.

How to share a new Microsoft Teams Meeting in UMMoodle?

To ensure continuity of online collaboration, ICTO is actively working on providing Microsoft Teams as a transitional solution to address your needs.
