太極拳
“太極拳”是傳統中國武術,擁有眾多流派,起源於明清年間。其拳理融合了道、儒、釋等哲學思想,並將陰陽、動靜、平衡、力量以及凝神靜氣等要素融入其中,形成一種集技擊、強身、健身和修身於一體的獨特運動方式。在澳門,太極拳發展了多個流派,其中較為知名的有陳式、楊式、吳式、孫式和武式等。在參與是次由澳門武術總會導師所教授的課程中,學員將學習入門的八式太極拳、十六式太極拳等精髓。
"Tai Chi" is a traditional Chinese martial art that started long ago. It has many styles and includes ideas from different beliefs like Daoism and Confucianism. Tai Chi helps us with balance, movement, strength, and calmness. In Macau, popular styles include Chen, Yang, Wu, Sun, and Wu. During the class, instructors from the Wushu General Association of Macau guide the participants to explore the basics of the 8-form and 16-form Tai Chi styles.

健身氣功·八段錦
“健身氣功·八段錦”以立勢八段錦為藍本,它吸納傳統八段錦功法的精髓,按照現代運動學和生理學規律,對動作次序和運動強度進行了調整,通過動作、意念和呼吸的協調配合,達到強身健體的功效。
習練健身氣功.八段錦柔和緩慢,圓活連貫,不僵不拘,輕鬆自如,舒展大方;鬆緊結合,動靜相兼,動作輕靈活潑、節節貫穿、舒適自然,同時,要求做到神與形合,氣寓其中,每勢動作及動作之間充滿了對稱與和諧,體現出虛實相生、剛柔相濟,做到意動形隨、神形兼備,適應于不同人群的健身鍛煉。通過精神的修養和形體的鍛煉,達到強身健體的功效,長期習練有助於改善呼吸系統、神經系統及循環系統的功能,增強細胞免疫功能和機體抗衰老能力,改善心理健康。
"Baduanjin qigong" is a standing exercise that started long ago in China. It is enjoyable and easy for many people to practice. The exercises are gentle and smooth, helping us relax and focus. Practising regularly can improve our breathing, keep us healthy, and make us happier.

詠春拳
"詠春拳"是傳統中國武術,源於清代。詠春拳是一門制止侵襲的拳技,集內家拳法和近打於一身的拳術,相對其它傳統武術更專注於快速制服對手,將受到損害的機率降至最低,其主要拳術套路包括小念頭、尋橋和標指三套拳及木人樁,雙人對練的粘打是其為人熟知的練習表現形式。
"Wing Chun" is a traditional Chinese martial art that began in the Qing Dynasty. It is based on tactics that make use of fists for self-defence, involving techniques such as neijia and jinda, which correspond to close proximity fighting techniques. Compared with other traditional martial arts, it is more focused on quick movements to defeat opponents and minimize harm. Principal fist movements include Siu Nim Tau (Little Idea), Chum Kiu (Seeking Bridge), Biu Ji (Thrusting Fingers) and Muk Yan Jong (Wooden Dummy). The exercise known as Chi Sau is a typical training format, with practitioners fighting closely.

- 以電郵通知中籤者及繳費安排Draw result and course fee payment email
- 於指定日期前完成繳費Course fee payment settled before the deadline

2. 電子抽籤E-Random Draw
電子抽籤將於2025年1月14日(星期二)進行。
E-random Draw will take place on 14 Jan 2025 (TUE).
3. 申請結果Application Result
申請結果將於2025年1月15日(星期三),以電郵通知中籤者
Application results will be announced via email on 15 Jan 2025 (WED).
請中籤者於郵件中公告的限期前,按照指示,在澳大綜合體育館(N8)的開放時間內前往正門服務台支付相關費用/押金。如果未能按時支付,其名額將分配給候補名單上的其他申請者。
For successful applicants, please settle the fee/deposit at the Main Entrance Service Counter, G/F, UM Sports Complex (N8), during opening hours and before the set deadline, as announced in the email. Otherwise, the quota will be allocated to other applicants on the waiting list.
候補名單 Waiting list
未中籤者將按照結果排序。如果有名額釋放,將根據中籤的排序,以電郵通知候補人員及須於指定的限期前支付相關費用。
Unsuccessful applicants will be queued up on the waiting list by draw. If a quota is being released, an email notification of payment will be sent out according to the draw result, and payment should be settled before the specified deadline.
備註Notes:

- 僅在繳付完相關費用後,才視為申請已獲確認。Successful enrollment will be confirmed upon payment.
- 為更好地善用有限的資源,一旦申請已獲確認,請按時出席相關的課程。For better use of resources, kindly attend all registered classes on schedule once enrolment is confirmed.
- 課程是否成功開班將取決於參與的人數。如未能成功開班,已交的費用將會退回。The confirmation of a class is dependent on the number of participants. If a class is cancelled, the fee will be refunded accordingly.
- 一般情況下,費用一經收取後恕不退還。The registration fee is not refundable after payment under any circumstances in general.
