Dear Students,
JW Marriott Hotel Macau & The Ritz-Carlton, Macau has launched a brand new Manager in Training program – “Be-MI” designed specifically for Macau local university students aspiring to build successful careers in the hospitality industry.
Be-MI aims to attract local students who are passionate about hospitality and eager to develop their leadership skills within Marriott International – the largest hotel company in the World. This program offers a structured framework that combines technical skills with real-world experiences, support from mentorship, and professional development opportunities, including the opportunity to learn from cross-exposure within other Marriott properties in Greater China (Hong Kong and Taiwan inclusive) preparing our future hospitality leaders for a life journey with the Marriott family.
18-month Program Highlights:
- Comprehensive Training: Trainees will receive in-depth training across various hotel departments, gaining valuable insights into hotel operations.
- Mentorship: Each trainee will be paired with a coach and mentor from the management team to guide them throughout their journey.
- Career Development: Providing workshops, networking opportunities, and outside Macau exposure to industry leaders to help trainees build their professional network.
- Future Leadership: The goal is to cultivate the next generation of leaders in the hospitality industry, equipping them with the skills and knowledge needed to excel.
