To enhance the efficiency of printing services, the new SharePoint Printing Request System will be officially launched on 17 February, 2025.
為提升印刷服務效率，新的 SharePoint 印刷服務申請系統將於 2025 年 2 月 17 日正式啟用。
Dear Colleagues,
In order to enhance user experience and improve the efficiency of printing services, we are pleased to announce that the new printing request system in SharePoint will be officially launched as of 17 February, 2025, this system will replace the existing printing request process previously managed through Lotus Notes.
To ensure a smooth transition, please note that Lotus Notes will remain accessible for submitting printing requests until 17 August, 2025.
All users can submit new printing requests via the following links:
