MCM College: Pour-Over Coffee Experience Workshop

On 3rd March, 2023, Moon Chun Memorial College, University of Macau organised a Pour-Over Coffee Experience Workshop in collaboration with Cocktail and Coffee Learning Society of UMSU. The instructor, Brian Tam introduced the basic knowledge of coffee, including its history, origin, variety and roasting process. This workshop was quite hands on, with the instructor demonstrating the pour-over brewing method, as well as offering tips and tricks for getting the best out of the brew. Participants were given opportunities to make their own cup of coffee. Everyone enjoyed a wonderful night together.
