體育事務部(OSA) 本學期首次開辦『太極興趣班』,旨在推廣這項源遠流長的中國傳統武術,讓參與者體驗太極的眾多益處,包括提升平衡感、動作協調性、肌力以及內心的平靜。
課程分為四個班級,每班共10節課 (共100名師生參加),分別於每週一(2月10日至4月14日)和每週四(2月13日至4月17日)上課。澳門武術總會的認證教練將以小班形式提供指導,協助學員掌握8式和16式太極的基本動作。參與者不僅能感受太極的獨特魅力,還能學習如何提升身體控制力與靈活性。
體育事務部透過開設多元化的體育課程,致力推動並鼓勵澳大師生及職員積極參與運動,享受運動帶來的樂趣與益處。
This semester, Office of Sports Affairs (OSA) organize the “Tai Chi Interest Course” for the 1st time with the aim to promote this traditional Chinese martial art which is rooted in ancient practices and enhancing the balance, movement, strength and overall calmness through practicing Tai Chi.
The course is divided into 4 classes, each consisting of 10 sessions (a total of 100 staff and students being enrolled) which will be held every Monday (from 10 Feb – 14 Apr) and every Thursday (13 Feb – 17 April).
Certified instructors from the Wushu General Association of Macau provide personalized guidance in small class settings, helping participants to explore the fundamentals of the 8-form and 16-form Tai Chi styles. Attendees can experience the unique aspects of Tai Chi and learn techniques to improve their body control and flexibility.
The Office of Sports Affairs is committed to promoting and encouraging UM members to actively participate in sports, fostering both healthy living and a sense of enjoyment through various sports courses.
