體育事務部(OSA)本學期首次推出『八段錦』興趣班,旨在推廣這項源於古代的中國傳統健身氣功,讓參與者體驗八段錦的多重益處,包括提升平衡感、動作協調性、肌力以及整體健康。
本學期共開4個『八段錦』興趣班,每班各10堂 (共100名師生參加) ,分別於每週二(2月18日至4月22日)和每週五(2月7日至4月25日)的08:30-09:30及13:00-14:00上課。
課程由澳門健身氣功總會的專業認證教練以小班形式提供指導,協助學員掌握八段錦的基本動作。這些動作柔和、緩慢且連貫,能有效促進身心健康。
體育事務部透過開設多元化的體育課程,致力推動並鼓勵澳大師生及職員積極參與運動,享受運動帶來的樂趣與益處。

很多同學都是初學者,因此有些動作會比較困難,不容易掌握要點。為此,我會盡量放慢速度,讓同學能夠感受到每個動作所需的正確姿勢。這是我第一次在澳大教授這項運動,非常感謝各位同學的認真參與 。 Many students are beginners, so some movements can be challenging to master. Therefore, I try to slow down to help everyone feel the correct posture required for each movement. This is my first time teaching this sport at the University of Macau, and I appreciate all the students’ dedication and participation. |
This semester, the Office of Sports Affairs (OSA) organizes the “Baduanjin” Interest Course for the first time, aiming to promote this ancient Chinese health practice. Participants will experience multiple benefits, including improved balance, coordination, strength, and overall well-being.
This semester 4 Badunajin interest classes are being open, each class has 10 sessions, over 100 staff and students are being enrolled successfully. Classes are being conducted at 08:00-09:00 & 13:00-14:00 every Tuesday (from 18 Feb – 22 Apr) and every Friday (7 Feb – 25 Apr) .
Certified instructors from the Macau Health Qigong General Association will provide personalized guidance in small class settings, helping participants master the fundamentals of Baduanjin. The practice emphasizes gentle, slow and flowing movements, which promote physical and mental harmony.
The Office of Sports Affairs is committed to promoting and encouraging UM members to actively participate in sports, fostering both healthy living and a sense of enjoyment through various sports courses.
