第十五屆全國運動會將於2025年由廣東、香港、澳門共同承辦，全國運動會是全國水平最高、規模最大的大型綜合性運動會。期望藉著籌辦本屆全運會，對進一步推動本澳體育事業發展，助力經濟適度多元發展具有重大意義。同時，也熱切期待社會各界踴躍參與，並感謝首批合作伙伴的政府部門、綜合度假休閒企業、大專院校以及社團的支持。

澳門賽區志願者招募工作現已正式展開! 歡迎各位教職員及同學踴躍報名，凝聚志願服務力量，為第十五屆全國運動會澳門賽區的順利舉辦提供堅實支持，呈現一屆“簡約、安全、精彩”的全運盛會。

報名者經被核實資料後，可參加全運會澳區組委會聯同合作伙伴在不同階段舉辦的各類型培訓課程及活動，為投入志願者工作做好準備。一系列志願者培訓包括導師培訓、志願者理論及實踐培訓將在2023年開始，志願者完成有關培訓後，將被安排到大型賽事及活動進行崗位實習。整項培訓計劃預計於2025年第二季度完成，屆時一支積極及熱誠的志願者隊伍將為第十五屆全國運動會澳門賽區服務。

申請條件

• 2007年或之前出生之人士；
• 自願參加第十五屆全運會澳門賽區志願者服務；
• 能夠參加賽前培訓及相關活動；
• 應具備基本的普通話交流能力。

志願者培訓 

培訓時間:2023年至2024年底

理論培訓：

澳門歷史文化、志願者服務基礎知識及全運會概況等；

實踐培訓：

由澳門大學及組委會提供的活動實踐。

The 15th National Games will be jointly hosted by Guangdong, Hong Kong, and Macau in 2025. The National Games is the highest level and largest comprehensive sports event in the country. It is hoped that by organizing this National Games, it will be of great significance to further promote the development of sports in Macao and help moderately diversify the economy. The recruitment of volunteers in the Macao Division is now officially launched! All staff and students are welcome to sign up enthusiastically, gather volunteer service strength, and provide solid support for the smooth holding of the 15th National Games Macao Division, presenting a “simple, safe and wonderful” National Games event.

After the application information has been verified, applicants can participate in various training courses and activities organized by the National Games Macau Organizing Committee and partners at different stages to prepare for volunteer work. A series of volunteer training, including mentor training, volunteer theoretical and practical training, will start in 2023. After volunteers complete the relevant training, they will be arranged to participate in large-scale competitions and activities for on-the-job practice. The entire training program is expected to be completed in the second quarter of 2025. At that time, an active and dedicated team of volunteers will serve the Macau Division of the 15th National Games.

Application Requirements:

• Born in or before 2007;
• Volunteer to participate in volunteer service in the Macau Division of the 15th National Games;
• Able to participate in pre-competition training and related activities;
• Should have basic Mandarin communication skills.

Volunteer training

Training time: 2023 to the end of 2024

Theoretical training:

Macao history and culture, basic knowledge of volunteer services and the National Games overview, etc.;

Practical training:

Activity practice provided by the University of Macau and the organizing committee.
