體育事務部 (OSA) 於本學期成功開辦『普拉提』興趣班,旨在推廣這項有益身心的運動,讓參與者體驗其眾多好處,包括提升身體控制力、改善靈活性,並促進心理健康。

本學期共開設兩個『普拉提』興趣班,每班各10堂 (共50名師生參加) ,於二月至四月期間,逄每周二及周四下午4時至5時在澳大綜合體育館內進行。課程由中國澳門瑜伽體育總會的認證普拉提教練以小班形式提供指導,協助學員體驗普拉提的主要動作,並學習提升身體的控制能力及活動技巧。

體育事務部透過開設多元化的體育課程,致力推動並鼓勵澳大師生及職員積極參與運動,享受運動帶來的樂趣與益處。

 

The Office of Sports Affairs (OSA) successfully launched Pilates interest course to promote this beneficial mind-body exercise. Participants will experience its numerous advantages, including improved body control, enhanced flexibility, and the promotion of mental health.

This semester, two Pilates interest courses are offered, each consisting of 10 sessions (with 50 students and staff participating). The courses are held from February to April, every Tuesday and Thursday from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the UM Sports Complex. The courses are taught by certified Pilates instructors from the Yoga and Sports General Association of Macau, China, in small class settings, assisting students in experiencing the key movements of Pilates and learning to improve their body control and mobility skills.

The Office of Sports Affairs is dedicated to promoting and encouraging UM members to actively participate in sports fostering both healthy living and a sense of enjoyment through various sports courses.

我很高興能讓同學們了解普拉提這項運動。希望透過我細心耐心的教學,能讓同學們喜歡普拉提,進而提升身體健康和身心狀態。

I am delighted to present Pilates to the class. My goal is that, through my attentive and patient teaching, everyone will develop an appreciation for Pilates, which has the potential to improve their physical health and overall well-being.

蔣卓君 Jiang Zhuo Jun – 研究生 Postgraduate

這個課程讓我感到非常放鬆,老師的指導也非常出色,教了我們許多拉伸動作。對於我這種平日學習時間非常緊張的人來說,這些動作能夠讓我得到很好的舒展。

This course has made me feel very relaxed, and the instructor’s guidance is excellent. They taught us many stretching exercises, which are particularly beneficial for someone like me, who has a very tight schedule with studies. These exercises provide great relief and flexibility.

樊姝 Fan Shu – 研究生 Postgraduate

我認為課程安排得相當合理,能夠在校內參加這個課程讓我感到很方便。此外,我也能夠感受到導師的專業與細心,因為每次上課時,導師都會專門安排我們針對不同的部位進行拉伸。每次上完課後,我整個人都感到放鬆了許多。

I find the course arrangement to be quite good, as it’s very convenient to participate in right on campus. Additionally, I can feel the instructor’s professionalism and attentiveness. Each class, the instructor specifically prepares stretching exercises targeting different areas of the body. After each session, I feel much more relaxed overall.
