講者簡介：趙國強，法學博士，現為澳門大學法學院客席教授，《澳門法學》主編，澳門科技大學法學院兼職教授，博士生導師。趙國強教授自2000年以來，長期擔任澳門大學法學院本科生和研究生的刑法學授課教師，2017年獲澳門特區政府頒授專業功績勳章，現為澳門法律工作者聯合會會長。個人著作包括《澳門刑法概說（犯罪通論）》、《澳門刑法各論（上）》等九本專著，並在中國內地和港澳地區的報刊、雜誌上發表論文120餘篇。
