The current Suggestion Submission System, developed over 16 years ago, is due for a revamp to provide a modernized user interface that enhances the mobile experience. The new system incorporates past user suggestions and introduces several new features, including the ability to like, share suggestions, provide feedback through built-in satisfaction surveys, and view suggestion details.

Additionally, the system will offer a convenient tool for units and stakeholders to review and grade suggestions submitted to them.
