On 8^th March, 2023, Moon Chun Memorial College, University of Macau was pleased to invite Dr. Elvo Sou, Head of Student Counselling Section to hold a career exploration workshop.  In that workshop, Dr. Sou emphasized the importance of knowing thyself in career planning.  Participants explored their personality traits, career values, motivated skills and career interests through Personal Style Inventory (PSI) and card games.  Finally, the participants completed their Career Development Profile which served as a GPS to help them navigate towards their career goals.
