為有效控制校園流浪動物的增長，必先管控其食物來源。 根據《校園公共地方使用指引》附件1第5.3條，餵飼流浪動物屬違規行為。為維護健康的校園環境及公共衞生，請勿於校內餵飼流浪動物。有關校園流浪動物的防治及處理，敬請參閱以下海報。

Dear Colleagues and Students,
To effectively address the issue of stray animals on campus, we have to control their food sources. Feeding of stray animals is one of the infractions against the “Guidelines for the Use of Public Area on Campus” (Item 5.3 of Appendix 1). To maintain a clean and healthy campus, please do not feed any stray animal. Enclosed is a poster regarding the prevention and control of stray animals on campus for your perusal. Thank you.
