各位同學及同事們：
茲通知N1聚賢樓及N2大學會堂地面層半戶外區域將於2025年6月下旬至8月下旬進行假天花更換工程。工程期間，N2大學會堂正門對出的區域將會搭建棚架並圍封附近地面，敬請留意現場指示。另外，施工期間亦會產生灰塵及嘈音。工程位置圖請參閱附件。

Dear Students and Colleagues,
Please note that the replacement works of the false ceiling of semi-outdoor area on the ground floor of N1 UM Guest House and N2 University Hall will be conducted from Late-June to Late-August 2025. During the working period, scaffolding will be built at the outside area of the main entrance of the N2 University Hall and the surrounding area will be enclosed. Please pay attention to the site instruction. Besides, generation of dust and noise are expected. Please refer to the attached work location plan for your information.
