明明沒做甚麼,但就是感覺很累?

莫名其妙的會感到煩燥、口乾?

作為學生,我們常常面臨各種壓力和挑戰,有時候會感到焦慮、沮喪、無助或孤獨。這些都是正常的情緒,但如果我們不加以注意和處理,就可能影響我們的身心健康和生活品質。所以,我想跟你分享一個很重要的技巧:情緒覺察。

情緒覺察並不難,只要花一點時間和精力就可以培養。以下是一些實用的方法:

每天花幾分鐘靜下心來,注意自己的呼吸、身體感受和思緒流動。 

當你遇到困難或衝突時,不要立刻做出反應或判斷,而是先試著理解自己在想什麼、有什麼感覺。 

用一些形容詞來描述自己的情緒,例如開心、難過、生氣、驚訝等等。如果可以,也可以用更具體的詞彙來細分你的情緒層次,例如興奮、失望、恐慌、好奇等等。 

記錄自己每天的情緒變化和原因,可以用文字、圖畫或其他方式來表達。 

與信任的人分享你的感受和想法,聽聽他們的看法和建議。 

透過以上這些方法,你就可以開始培養情緒覺察了!相信我,這對你的幸福感有很大的幫助!

當然,情緒覺察並不代表你就能夠完全控制或改變你的情緒。有時候你可能還需要尋求專業人士或其他資源來協助你處理複雜或困難的情況。但至少你已經開始了這段旅程,歡迎你和我們一起更多探索情緒,透過「情緒覺察工作坊」,一起來啟動你的「情緒探測器」吧!

The mood is strange, but can not describe?

You don’t do anything, but you feel tired?

Do you feel irritated and dry-mouthed for no reason at all?

As students, we often face various pressures and challenges, and sometimes we feel anxious, depressed, helpless or lonely. These are all normal emotions, but if we don’t pay attention to them and deal with them, they can affect our physical and mental health and quality of life. So I want to share with you a very important skill: emotional awareness.

Emotional awareness is not difficult and can be cultivated with a little time and effort. Here are some practical ways to do this:

Take a few minutes each day to quiet your mind and pay attention to your breathing, body feelings, and the flow of your thoughts. 

When you encounter a difficulty or a conflict, instead of reacting or judging immediately, try to understand what you are thinking and feeling. 

Use adjectives to describe your emotions, such as happy, sad, angry, surprised, and so on. If you can, you can also use more specific words to break down your emotional levels, such as excited, disappointed, panicked, curious, etc. 

Record your daily mood changes and the reasons for them, either in words, pictures or other ways. 

Share your feelings and thoughts with people you trust and listen to their opinions and suggestions. 

With these methods, you can begin to develop emotional awareness! Believe me, it will do wonders for your happiness!

Of course, being emotionally aware does not mean that you can completely control or change your emotions. Sometimes you may need to seek professional or other resources to help you deal with complex or difficult situations. But at least you’ve started the journey.
