Dear colleagues and students,

To enhance the user experience with the UM App and prepare for upcoming feature expansions and service integrations in August, ICTO cordially invites all users to follow the steps below to update the UM App to the latest version (iOS: v3.1.2, Android: v3.1.1)

Please follow the steps below to complete the update:

1. Open the UM App. You will see the following message:
   “To provide a better user experience, please update to the latest version to continue using the app.”
2. Tap the “Update Now” button on the screen.
3. You will be redirected to the App Store or Google Play.
4. Tap “Update” and wait for the installation to complete.
5. Once updated, reopen the UM App to resume normal use.

Downloading the UM App
For Android users without access to Google Play, the APK version is available for download from the ICTO webpage.

Feedback on the UM App
We welcome all users to provide feedback via the “feedback” icon in the app. Your valuable input helps us continuously improve the UM App.
