澳大持續進修中心課程培訓專業調解員
澳門大學持續進修中心與澳門專業調解員學會合辦的專業調解員資格培訓課程於7月12日完滿結束。課程於2025年6月7日開課，是次課程為雙方第十三度合作。
該課程致力為粵港澳大灣區培訓符合《粵港澳大灣區調解員資格資歷評審細則 (澳門特別行政區）》資格的調解員。內容包括認識調解，調解程序、技巧和實踐及澳門合同法。課程上通過調解模擬個案練習和彙報讓學員掌握調解過程中的技巧和應用，有助於化解僵局及妥善處理糾紛。
課時共48小時，完成課程並考核合格者，將獲頒澳大持續進修中心和澳門專業調解員學會聯合簽發的證書。雙方將繼續開辦同類型課程，持續為粵港澳大灣區培養專業調解人才。
CCE Offers Course to Train Professional Mediators
The Centre for Continuing Education (CCE) of the University of Macau (UM) and the Macau Institute of Professional Mediators jointly offered the 13th edition of the Professional Mediation Certificate Course, with the aim of training qualified mediators in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. The course covered the definition, procedures, skills and practices of mediation, as well as Macao’s laws relating to contracts, with a total of 48 study hours. Participants who completed the course and passed the assessment received a certificate jointly issued by CCE and the Macau Institute of Professional Mediators.
