UM Table Tennis Team participated in the 3rd Mainland, Hong Kong and Macao universities Table Tennis and Cultural Youth Program

The 3rd Mainland, Hong Kong and Macao universities Table Tennis and Cultural Youth Program was held from 30 June to 4 July, at China University of Petroleum (East China) in Qingdao. 6 UM Table Tennis Team members joined youth representatives from Mainland and Hong Kong universities for a sports and cultural exchange program, using table tennis as a medium to foster all-round development.

The program aims to build a bridge for youth exchanges, promoting cultural understanding and friendship. Beyond honing their sports skills, UM students enhanced their adaptability and teamwork through friendly competitions with peers in the program.

The program integrated sports with cultural learning, participants gained valuable insights into Chinese culture while strengthening their sense of national identity and cultural confidence through various activities. This event provided an excellent platform to enhance exchanges among youth from Mainland, Hong Kong and Macao.
