如何預訂聚賢樓 (澳大教職員)
各位同事：
澳大各單位及教職員現可直接透過網上申請聚賢樓客房，方便接待大學訪客及滿足教職員因學術、研究或特殊需要的住宿需求。申請時請簡單說明訪客到訪目的，例如參與大學活動、參觀交流等。申請流程簡單快捷，只需登錄後填寫聚賢樓的網上申請表即可。
為了確保住宿安排順利，請您在預計入住日期前三（3）個工作日，將申請表及相關文件提交至學生資源處。我們會盡快處理您的申請，並以電子郵件通知您預訂確認。我們理解偶爾會出現緊急入住需求，並會盡力配合。然而，由於房源有限，無法保證所有緊急申請都能順利安排。為確保您的申請能順利處理，建議您盡早規劃並提交申請。

Dear colleagues,
UM units and staff can now easily apply for accommodations at the UM Guest House directly online, making it convenient to host University visitors and fulfill accommodation needs of staff for academic, research or special purposes. When applying, please briefly state the purpose of the visitor’s stay, such as participating in University activity, visitation and exchange, etc. The application process is simple and quick, just log in and complete the online UM Guest House application form.
To ensure smooth accommodation arrangements, please submit the completed application form and relevant documents to the Student Resources Section at least three (3) working days before the expected check-in date. We will process your application promptly and notify the reservation confirmation via email. We understand that urgent accommodation needs may occasionally arise and will do our best to assist. However, due to limited room availability, we cannot guarantee fulfillment of all urgent requests. To ensure your application is processed smoothly, we recommend planning ahead and submitting your application as early as possible.
