- 後續輪次報名將另行通知
研究流程
- 有興趣的同學可掃描二維碼填寫報名問卷
- 如符合研究參與條件,研究人員將通過短信或微信聯絡同學
- 本研究所有流程均於線上進行,干預過程中的會談與練習將透過預約方式安排
- 通過報名篩選者將簽署知情同意書,並隨機分組,可能被分配至干預組或等待組
- 干預組將立即參與為期兩週、全程線上的干預;等待組則於等待期結束後獲得本團隊的線上干預資源
- 本項目期間需投入一定精力,即 10–14 天內每天 30 分鐘至 1 小時 的會談或練習
- 在項目期間,干預組與等待組均需定期接受評估;項目結束後兩個月內,將有三次線上隨訪評估。我們將根據問卷長度支付 每次 5–20 元人民幣 不等的酬勞
研究倫理
- 本研究已通過清華大學人文與社會科學倫理委員會審核,並於中國臨床試驗註冊中心完成預註冊
- 本項目中涉及的數據、文本、音頻資料將進行匿名化處理與保存,僅限科研用途
Are you looking for ways to manage your anxiety and tackle academic stress and procrastination? Join us in an innovative digital intervention study, carried out by the Tsinghua Clinical Psychology Lab together with the University of Macau Psychological Counseling Centre.
We are looking for:
- Undergraduate or postgraduate students (master students or doctoral students) aged 18 or above.
- Native Mandarin Chinese speakers, or fluent in Mandarin communication.
- Currently experiencing academic anxiety and procrastination.
- Having recent academic or research tasks that trigger anxiety.
Recruitment Timeline
- First round sign-up and enrollment: Open now until September 30, 2025, with rolling enrollment.
- Further rounds of recruitment will be announced later.
Protocols
- Interested students can scan the QR code to fill out the sign-up
- If eligible, researchers will contact participants via SMS or WeChat.
- All procedures will be conducted online, and intervention sessions and practices will be arranged by appointment.
- Qualified participants will sign an informed consent form and be randomly assigned to either the intervention group or the waitlist group.
- The intervention group will immediately participate in a two-week online intervention; the waitlist group will receive online resources after the waiting period.
- The program requires a certain level of commitment: 30 minutes to 1 hour of sessions or practice daily for 10–14 days.
- Both groups will complete regular assessments during the program. Within two months after the program ends, three follow-up online assessments will be conducted. Participants will receive compensation of RMB 5–20 per assessment, depending on the length of the questionnaire.
Ethics
- This study has been reviewed and approved by the Tsinghua University Institutional Review Board for Humanities and Social Sciences, and pre-registered in the Chinese Clinical Trial Registry.
- All data, texts, and audio materials collected in this study will be anonymized and stored for research purposes only.
