提提您 ICTO講解會：網上會議服務

目前我們向澳大用戶提供了 VooV Meeting / 騰訊會議 及 Microsoft Teams 服務，以適用於線上教學、會議、學習活動及錄影等用途。

為了讓大家了解如何有效地使用以上服務，資訊及通訊科技部將於9月10日下午3至4時安排現場講解會，活動將以廣東話進行，並附有即時英文字幕，可於9月10日中午12時前按此報名。

服務種類：

  • VooV Meeting / 騰訊會議
    • VooV Meeting 是騰訊會議的國際版本，無需綁定資訊。
    • 騰訊會議提供更多進階功能(如Polling, AI小助手)，但使用前需先綁定個人微信帳號或中國內地手機號碼。
    • VooV Meeting 和騰訊會議的使用者可以互相加入對方的會議。
  • Microsoft Teams
    • Microsoft Teams在與 Microsoft 應用程式的整合方面具有優勢。

若會議中有連線自中國內地的參與者，使用 VooV Meeting 或 騰訊會議 將可獲得較佳的連線品質。

帳號申請：

  • VooV Meeting / 騰訊會議
    • 請前往ICTO FAQ頁面參考指引
  • Microsoft Teams
    • 毋須另外申請帳號。

用戶端安裝：

VooV Meeting 及 Microsoft Teams 用戶端已預設安裝到資訊及通訊科技部的電腦中。若您需要手動安裝可按此 (VooV Meeting / Microsoft Teams) 參考指引。

Reminder ICTO Briefing: Web Conferencing Service

We currently provide VooV Meeting / Tencent Meeting and Microsoft Teams to UM users. These platforms support a wide range of activities, including online teaching, meetings, learning activities, and recordings.

To help users better understand how to use these services effectively, ICTO will hold an onsite training session from 3pm to 4pm on September 10. The session will be conducted in Cantonese with real-time English subtitles. Welcome to register for the training here before 12pm on September 10.

Types of services:

  • VooV Meeting / Tencent Meeting
    • VooV Meeting is the international version of Tencent Meeting and does not require any account binding.
    • Tencent Meeting offers more advanced features (such as polling, AI assistant), but requires binding a personal WeChat account or registering with a mainland China mobile number.
    • Users of VooV Meeting and Tencent Meeting can join each other’s meetings.
  • Microsoft Teams
    • Microsoft Teams offers strong integration with Microsoft applications.

For meetings involving participants connecting from Mainland China, VooV Meeting or Tencent Meeting may provide better connection quality.

Apply an account:

  • VooV Meeting / Tencent Meeting
  • Microsoft Teams
    • No action is required.

Client installation:

The VooV Meeting and Microsoft Teams client have been pre-installed on ICTO’s PCs. If manual installation is required, please follow this guide (VooV Meeting / Microsoft Teams) or contact ICTO Help Desk for assistance.
