On the afternoon of Wednesday 10th September 2025, 35 students and staff from Stanley Ho East Asia College (SHEAC) and Henry Fok Pearl Jubilee College (HFPJC) of the University of Macau took part in an educational visit to the Mock Polling Station for the 2025 Legislative Assembly Election at the Macao Forum building.

During the visit, participants gained practical knowledge of the voting process, deepening their understanding of election procedures and the significance of voting accurately and confidentially. Educational videos, an election knowledge quiz, and a mock polling experience enhanced their engagement, making the learning experience dynamic and impactful. Students also realised the accessibility measures in place, including support for visually impaired voters.

The Mock Polling Stations, operating from 6th to 12th September 2025, at Tap Seac Multisport Pavilion and Macao Forum building, offer the public an authentic simulation of polling environments to better prepare for the election on 14th September. Organised by the Electoral Affairs Commission, these stations provide real-life layouts and educational tools designed to boost civic awareness and voter readiness.

Aligned with its mission to cultivate responsible citizenship, SHEAC and HFPJC encourages every local Macao student with voting eligibility to exercise their voting rights and obligations. By participating actively and inspiring family and friends to do the same, we seize valuable opportunities for civic education that help secure a brighter future for ourselves and generations to come.
