生涯發展中心將於本學期舉行兩個工作坊協助同學做自我探索，為生涯規劃做準備。由於兩個工作坊的目的相同，有興趣參與的同學只需要參加其中一個工作坊即可。詳情如下：

主題一: 職業興趣探索工作坊
日期 10月15日 (星期三)
時間 14:30 – 16:00 (1.5小時)
地點 澳大校園 (具體地點將以電郵方式通知報名者)
語言 普通話
內容 透過自我探索活動和實用的生涯興趣測評工具協助同學：

  • 進一步了解自己的職業興趣
  • 了解相應的合適工作
  • 了解職業興趣跟擇業的關係
報名日期及注意事項 即日起至10月8日（額滿即止）

  • 本中心將在截止報名後 (即10月8日後)以電郵方式給報名者發送工作坊地點及興趣測評資料，敬請按電郵指示在指定時間內完成網上測評，以便本中心能於活動當日派發測評報告予參加者。
主題二: 生涯發展定向工作坊
日期 10月22日 (星期三)
時間 14:30 – 17:30 (3小時)
地點 澳大校園 (具體地點將以電郵方式通知報名者)
語言 普通話
內容 1. 透過 Big Five Model 測試，從而了解自己的人格特質；
2. 透過使用卡片工具，釐清以下三個與生涯規劃息息相關的要素:

  • 事業價值觀
  • 推動技能
  • 就業興趣
報名日期 即日起至10月19日（額滿即止）

  1. 兩個工作坊的目的一樣，本中心建議有興趣的同學只需參加上述其中一個工作坊即可。
  2. 請正確點選想要參加的工作坊，提交報名表後不得轉換或更改。
  3. 報名前請確認是否能出席工作坊。一經報名，缺席或未能全程參加工作坊之學生會收到學校發出的電子繳費單，並需在期限前繳付上述費用。

The Career Development Centre is organizing two workshops this semester to help students to explore themselves and prepare for career planning. As the objectives of these two workshops are the same, we suggest that interested students attend only one of the workshops. Details are as follows:

Topic 1: Discovering Your Occupational Interests
Date 15 October 2025 (Wednesday)
Time 14:30 – 16:00 (1.5 hours)
Venue UM Campus (We will email the location of the workshop to the applicants.)
Language Mandarin
Contents Through self-exploration activities and a practical occupational interest assessment to help you :

  • Gain deeper insight into your career interests,
  • Identify suitable jobs that match those interests, 
  • Understand the relationship between career interests and job selection 
Application Period and Notes From now until 8 October 2025 (Due to limited quota, on a first-come, first-served basis)

  • After the closing date of the application (i.e., after 8 October), we will send the workshop venue and career interest assessment information to the applicants by email. Please follow the instructions in the email to complete the online assessment within the specified time, so that we can distribute the assessment report to the participants on the day of the workshop.
Topic 2: Navigating Your Career Direction
Date 22 October 2025 (Wednesday)
Time 14:30 – 17:30 (3 hours)
Venue UM Campus (We will email the location of the workshop to the applicants.)
Language Mandarin
Content 1. Understand your personality traits through the Big Five Model assessment.
2. Clarify the following three key elements closely related to career planning using a card sorting tool. 

  • Career Values
  • Motivated Skills
  • Career Interests
Application Period From now until 19 October 2025 (Due to limited quota, on a first-come, first-served basis)

  1. As the objectives of these two workshops are the same, we suggest that interested students attend only one of the above workshops.
  2. Please select the workshop you wish to attend correctly; no changes will be allowed once the application form has been submitted.
  3. Please make sure you can attend the workshop before registration. Once registered, students who are absent or unable to attend the entire workshop will receive an e-debit note issued by the University. Please settle the payment before the deadline.
  4. Students who attend the entire workshop do not need to pay the administration fee.

The workshops will count towards the Global Competitiveness area of the Whole Person Development Award Programme and Smart Point Scheme. Students who attend the entire workshop are eligible to receive “CS” and “SP”.
