The 23rd Asian Cadet Junior & U21 Karate Championships was being held from 5 to 7 Sep in Shaozhou, China. As the highest-level junior karate event in Asia, the championship attracted top athletes from 30 countries and regions across the continent. IP WAI HIM (FSS/CYTC) from the UM Karate Team, representing Macau SAR, delivered an outstanding performance in the U21 Kumite Male -84 kg category, securing a silver medal and earning honors for the Macau delegation.
