行政部人力資源處圓滿舉辦「2025年中層行政管理人員培訓計劃」

In response to the rapid development of the University and the establishment of its campus in the Guangdong-Macao In-Depth Cooperation Zone in Hengqin, the role of mid-level administrative management is particularly important. The “Training Development Program for Mid-level Administrative Management” was first launched last year, aiming to enhance core competencies and skill sets essential for mid-level administrative roles, improve overall work performance, support them in adapting to the evolving demands of their roles, and preparing them to better tackle any upcoming challenges.
Human Resources Section (HRS) continued this program in 2025 and invited Functional Heads of different units to participate in the program, which consists of a 2-day training session covering a series of topics. A total of 30 participants completed the program.
The 2-day training session was conducted by an external instructor from Hong Kong Professional Training Centre. Training topics included Effective Communication via Personality Dimensions, Coaching Leadership, Cultivating Motivation, and Problem-solving with Innovation.
Through this program, the participants not only enriched their knowledge and mindset by interacting with instructor and other participants, but also get valuable insights and practical strategies on different subjects. It is believed that this learning experience will enable the participants to make a breakthrough and contribute to the development of the University going forward.
