澳大持續進修中心與工商管理學院商業研究及培訓中心及高級管理人員教育合作為廣州市越秀區工商業聯合會的青年企業家們量身打造 “解讀二十屆四中全會精神” 專題課程,以政策解讀為核心,搭建粵澳青年企業家交流學習平台。
本次研修班採用專題授課及實地參訪的立體教學模式,在系統的政策解讀講座之外,青年企業家學員們還走進澳大圖書館與大學展館,全方位感受校園學術氛圍與科研底蘊。在開班儀式上,澳大持續進修中心、工商管理學院商業研究及培訓中心主任,高級管理人員教育統籌人劉丁己教授指出,此次課程不僅能幫助學員深化對國家政策的理解,更能依托澳大平台拓展國際視野、啟發創新思維,為企業高品質發展注入政策動能與智力支持。他強調,希望學員們以此研修為契機,深入了解澳門獨特的文化魅力與經濟優勢,推動粵澳兩地工商界實現更緊密的互動協作,未來澳大將持續發力區域知識共享與人才聯合培育,為大灣區融合發展賦能。
廣州市越秀區工商業聯合會張冠華副主席表示,廣州與澳門同為粵港澳大灣區的核心節點城市,前者擁有堅實的產業基礎與廣闊市場,後者俱備國際化平台與特色服務業優勢,兩地加強交流合作既是時代賦予的使命,更是推動時代區域高品質發展的選擇。 同時,澳門大學在產學研創新領域成果卓著,形成了可藉鑑的先進模式,這正是我們專程前來學習的核心目的,希望為越秀企業發展探尋新思路、注入新動能。
參與學員皆對課程效果給予高度評價,不少人表示,後續將帶動企業團隊再次走進澳大,深度對接學術資源與教學優勢。澳門大學持續進修中心與工商管理學院相關機構未來將持續打造優質培訓項目,進一步強化澳大與內地企業的交流合作,為粵澳產學研融合搭建更堅實的橋樑。

CCE, BRTC and Executive Education of FBA co-organized a Training for Young Entrepreneurs of Guangzhou Yuexiu District Federation of Industry and Commerce, the program focused on interpreting the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee to facilitate Guangdong-Macao exchanges.
Combining lectures and campus visits, the program was well-received. At the opening ceremony, Director of CCE and BRTC, coordinator of Executive Education, Prof. Matthew Ting-Chi LIU highlighted that the program enhances participants’ policy understanding, broadens their horizons, and fuels enterprise innovation. He added that UM aims to promote Guangdong-Macao business cooperation and regional talent development through such initiatives.
Vice Chairman of Yuexiu District Federation of Industry and Commerce, Mr. Zhang Guanhua, noted that as key Greater Bay Area cities, Guangzhou and Macao have complementary strengths. He emphasized that Yuexiu’s entrepreneurs came to learn from UM’s outstanding industry-academia-research model, seeking new impetus for local business growth.
Many participants expressed a desire to revisit UM with their teams. UM stated it will continue to develop quality training programs to strengthen cooperation with mainland enterprises and advance Guangdong-Macao integration.
