Request-Based Book Pickup Service for Faculty and Staff (Pilot)

教職員書籍預約代取服務（試行）

Dear Professors and Staff,

To support your teaching and research with a more convenient way to pick up books, the Library is pleased to offer the “Request-Based Book Pickup Service for Faculty and Staff” (Pilot). Simply Search in BoQuest at the library web site (https://library.um.edu.mo/), find the open-shelf book labeled “Item in place“, then sign in UM Pass and click “Get It – Request”.

After your request is received, our staff will retrieve the books for you and notify you by email when they are ready for pickup. Please visit the Borrowing Desk (Circulation Service) to borrow your books after you receive the notification email. Your books will be held at the Borrowing Desk for 7 days before being returned to the shelves. We hope this service allows you to borrow books more easily, so you can focus on your academic work.

為支持您的教學與研究，提供更便捷的取書方式，圖書館特別推出「教職員書籍預約代取服務」。您只需在圖書館主頁（https://library.um.edu.mo/）使用 博尋（BoQuest）查找所需的圖書，看到到標示為「館藏就位」的開架書籍，登入 UM Pass 後點選「獲取申請：預約」。

館員收到申請後會協助取書，並以電郵通知您領取。當您收到通知後，就可以到地面層借閱台(流通服務)辦理借閱手續。書籍將為您保留7天，逾期會釋出並放回書架。此服務希望能協助您更輕鬆借書，讓您專注於教學與研究。
