體育事務部(OSA) 於本學期成功開辦『太極』興趣班,旨在推廣這項源遠流長的中國傳統武術,讓參與者體驗太極的眾多益處,包括提升平衡感、動作協調性、肌力以及內心的平靜。
課程分為四個班級,每班共10節課,於九月至十一月期間分別於每週一和每週四的08:30-09:30及13:00-14:00上課。
澳門武術總會的認證教練將以小班形式提供指導,協助學員掌握八式和十六式太極的基本動作。參與者不僅能感受太極的獨特魅力,還能學習如何提升身體控制力與靈活性。
體育事務部透過開設多元化的體育課程,致力推動並鼓勵澳大師生及職員積極參與運動,享受運動帶來的樂趣與益處。
The Office of Sports Affairs (OSA) successfully launched the “Tai Chi Interest Course” to promote this traditional Chinese martial art which is rooted in ancient practices and enhancing the balance, movement, strength and overall calmness through practicing Tai Chi.
The course is divided into 4 classes, each consisting of 10 sessions. Classes are held from September to November, every Monday and Thursday from 08:30 to 09:30 and 13:00 to 14:00 at the UM Sports Complex.
Certified instructors from the Wushu General Association of Macau provide personalised guidance in small class settings, helping participants to explore the fundamentals of the 8-form and 16-form Tai Chi styles. Attendees can experience the unique aspects of Tai Chi and learn techniques to improve their body control and flexibility.
The Office of Sports Affairs is committed to promoting and encouraging UM members to actively participate in sports, fostering both healthy living and a sense of enjoyment through various sports courses.
