Maintenance Information:

System Platform UM App 
Details  System maintenance and upgrade 
Maintenance Period  09:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. on 14 December, 2025 (Sunday)
Service(s) affected During the maintenance period, UM App services will be unavailable:

UM App Services 
Affected Users  Staff, students, alumni and the public
Update Steps 

After the maintenance is completed, please follow the steps below to update UM App to the latest version:

  1. Open the UM App. You will see the following message:
    “To provide a better user experience, please update to the latest version to continue using the app.”
  2. Tap the “Update Now” button on the screen.
  3. You will be redirected to the App Store or Google Play.
  4. Tap “Update” and wait for the installation to complete.
  5. Once updated, reopen the UM App to resume normal use.

For Android users without access to Google Play, the APK version is available for download from the ICTO webpage.

更新步驟

維護完成後，請依以下步驟將UM App更新至最新版本：

  1. 開啟 UM App ，您將看到以下訊息：
    「為了提供更好的用戶體驗，請更新至最新版本以繼續使用此程式。」
  2. 點選螢幕上的「立即更新」按鈕。
  3. 系統將自動導向至 App Store 或 Google Play。
  4. 點選「更新」並等待安裝完成。
  5. 更新完成後，重新開啟 UM App以恢復正常使用。

若您使用 Android 且無法存取 Google Play，可前往 ICTO 網頁下載 APK 版本。
