UM students participated in the “Writing Competition for the Thematic Exhibition “For National Liberation and World Peace – Commemorating the 80th Anniversary of the Victory of the Chinese People’s War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression and the World Anti-Fascist War (Higher Education Group) organized by the Education and Youth Development Bureau and the Education Sector Preparatory Committee for the Commemorative Activities of the 80th Anniversary of the Victory of the Chinese People’s War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression and the World Anti-Fascist War. 18 students have won multiple awards.

Ye Jingwen, a student from the Faculty of Arts and Humanities, Chao Kuang Piu College, and Huang Qianchen, a student from the Faculty of Social Sciences, Moon Chun Memorial College, received the First Prize in the writing competition for their profound insights and excellent writing skills, which is the highest distinction of this competition. Additionally, one student received the Second Prize, three students received the Third Prize, five students received Distinction Awards, and seven students received Selected Awards.
