• Speaker’s Introduction:
  Dr. Huai-Dong Cao received his Ph.D. from Princeton University under the supervision of Prof. Shing-Tung Yau and is the Everett Pitcher Professor of Mathematics at Lehigh University. He has held faculty positions at Columbia University and Texas A&M, and visiting appointments at institutions worldwide, including Harvard, MIT, and the Isaac Newton Institute. A recipient of the Sloan Fellowship, Guggenheim Fellowship, and Simons Fellowship, Dr. Cao is a leading figure in geometric analysis, differential geometry, and Ricci flow.

This seminar will be especially valuable for students interested in differential geometry, geometric analysis, Ricci flow, mathematical physics, and advanced topics in pure and applied mathematics.
