UM 2026 Movable Asset Sampling Count (Jan–Oct)

澳門⼤學2026年度動產抽樣盤點（1–10月）

Dear Colleagues,

The Finance Office will officially commence the 2026 Movable Asset Sampling Count in January 2026. This exercise forms part of the University’s routine sampling arrangement within the 2017–2029 full asset count cycle, and will be conducted through sample-based on-site physical verification of movable assets.

In accordance with Administrative Regulation No. 31/2001, the University is required to conduct regular asset physical counts to enhance asset management efficiency and strengthen internal control. To ensure that the 2026 sampling count can be carried out smoothly, efficiently, and accurately, we kindly request colleagues to prepare in advance the assets and equipment listed in the sampling count sheets, so as to facilitate verification and tagging by the counting team.

Details of the sampling lists, on-site arrangements, and visit schedules will be coordinated with the relevant faculty/department representatives in due course.

財務部將於2026年1月起正式開展「2026年度動產抽樣盤點」工作。本次盤點屬於2017–2029全面盤點周期內的例行抽樣盤點安排，將以抽樣方式對大學動產資產進行實地核查與確認。

根據第31/2001號行政法規，大學須定期進行財產盤點，以提升資產管理效率及加強內部監控。為確保本次盤點工作能夠順利、高效及準確完成，敬請各位同事 提前整理並備妥抽點清單內所列的資產及設備，以便盤點人員進行核查及標記工作。

有關盤點清單、具體安排及到訪時間，財務部將稍後與相關學院／部門代表作進一步協調。
