一、申請對象

01 已成立及登記的本澳公司，且股東、行政管機關成員和僱員不少於三人；

02 有強烈成立公司意向的三人或以上之創業團隊。

備註: 成員中須至少有一名澳⾨大學成員，該成員應為項目發起人或核心技術團隊成員；倘以公司申請，該澳大成員須為公司股東， 且所持有之股權須最少佔公司資本的百分之二十。

 

一、Application Requirements

Applicants must meet one of the following categories and fulfil the corresponding requirements:

Type	Specific Requirements
Companies	Legally established and registered in Macao, with at least three shareholders, executive members, and employees in total. The UM member(s) must hold at least 20% of the company’s equity.
Project Teams	Entrepreneurial teams comprising at least three members with a demonstrated intention to establish a company.

*The project initiator, core technical team members, or shareholders MUST be current UM faculty, staff, students, or alumni .

三、申請方式及流程

01 申請人須於 2026年1月23日或之前，將所有所需申請文件提交至 ici.innovation@um.edu.mo。

02 申請結果將於 2026年2月初公佈。

03 項目執行期為 2026年2月初至2026年12月31日。

三、Application Methods and Procedures

01 Applicants shall submit all required application documents to ici.innovation@um.edu.mo on or before the 23 January 2026 (Macau time 23:59).

02 The application results will be announced in early February 2026.

03 The project execution period will be from early February 2026 to 31 December 2026.
