首屆“全球推薦官”中國文化國際傳播大賽

參賽對象:本次大賽面向全球開放,個人、團隊、單位均可參賽。團隊參賽成員不超過5人。推薦外語外貿、新聞傳播、文化傳媒、影視藝術、視覺傳達設計、漢語言文學等相關專業或行業人士參賽。
大賽命題:本次大賽共設三個命題,參賽選手須選擇至少一個命題投稿作品參賽。
(一)中國故事·世界共鳴
參賽選手通過紀實短片或微電影形式,講述鮮活的中國故事。既可聚焦人物事件,展現個體奮鬥與時代精神的交融;也可深入文旅場景,通過建築、技藝、民俗等載體,挖掘其中蘊含的人文精神與發展智慧。作品需以生動敘事展現中國文化的深厚底蘊與當代活力,讓世界感知中國發展的脈絡與溫度。
(二)中國臻品·世界共用
參賽選手選擇具有中國文化特色的商品(如中國茶具、絲綢製品、傳統服飾等),從“講好中國產品”的角度切入,以解說展示的方式推介其文化內涵與當代價值。所講解的產品需以實物或圖像的形式出現,從歷史淵源、工藝特色、使用場景等角度全方位展示產品魅力。
(三)中國韻律·世界和鳴
參賽選手選取中華經典文學作品或經典中文歌曲的英文譯本進行演唱,並錄製視頻提交參賽(外籍選手可選擇中文版演唱),展現中國文化的多元魅力與深厚底蘊,讓東方文明的雅韻與國際友人產生和鳴共振。鼓勵選手在作品中巧妙融入中國傳統服飾、傳統樂器等文化元素,讓中國文化更加生動鮮活、親切可感。
作品要求:
1.參賽作品語言可選擇漢語(限外籍留學生選擇)或英語,須添加中英雙語字幕;
2.參賽選手自行選擇大賽命題創作視頻作品提交參賽;
3.視頻內容須保證符合國家相關法律法規的要求,符合社會主義核心價值觀,內容健康、積極向上;
4.視頻時長建議3至5分鐘,最長不超過8分鐘,統一為MP4格式,1920*1080尺寸,橫屏拍攝,視頻大小不超過800M。畫面連貫,錄音清晰,無明顯雜音和其他干擾,添加官方提供的視頻浮水印;
5.視頻不得出現與大賽無關的內容,包括但不限於任何浮水印、廣告植入、二維碼連結等。
大賽流程:
(一)報名投稿
1.2025年9月26日至2026年3月5日,參賽選手登錄大賽官網(https://www.52met.com/act/2025tjg)報名,根據要求填寫真實資訊,提交報名表。如為團隊或單位參賽,由一人代表報名即可。在報名截止日期前可修改資訊,截止後不可修改。
注:報名時按照國內高校/國外高校/非高校分別填寫選送單位,高校師生選擇所在學校,同一參賽團隊的選手須來自同一所學校。
2.完成報名後,選擇大賽命題進行創作,添加官方提供的視頻浮水印,通過大賽官網線上提交視頻作品,並按要求填寫作品相關資訊。作品提交後,工作人員將在1至5個工作日完成審核,通過後方可在官網展示;若未通過,可在截稿前修改作品重新提交。
3.鼓勵選手將參賽作品發佈至抖音平臺,帶本次大賽話題(#全球推薦官中國文化國際傳播大賽),擴大作品影響力。根據作品在抖音平臺的點贊量,在評審環節獲得加分。
4.本次大賽為公益性活動,不收取任何參賽費用。
5.選手提交作品參賽,即表明同意授權大賽各組織機構(主辦、承辦、協辦、支援單位)使用其作品,包括但不限於發表、複製、展示展覽、媒體報導、網路推廣、資訊網路傳播等權利。
(二)大賽評審
2026年3月,三個命題的作品分別進行專家初評、現場總評(或總決賽),綜合考察作品的主題內容、語言水準、展示效果、視頻品質等,結合抖音平臺點贊量作為加分項考慮,產生最終獲獎名單。(具體評審規則另行通知)
獎項設置:
(一)作品獎項
大賽將評出以下獎項,其中特、一、二等獎獲得者頒發“中國文化全球推薦官”證書。
- 特等獎:3名,價值5000元獎品+榮譽證書
- 一等獎:9名,價值2000元獎品+榮譽證書
- 二等獎:18名,價值1000元獎品+榮譽證書
- 三等獎:60名,價值500元獎品+榮譽證書
國內七大賽區分別設置分賽區一二三等獎,頒發榮譽證書,總名額按投稿作品數量10%設定(一二三等獎分別為2%、3%、5%),評獎辦法為分賽區決賽或專家評審。
(二)優秀指導老師
在參賽過程中,指導學生獲得1個二等獎以上獎項,或累計獲得3個獎項,對應指導老師可獲得該獎項,頒發榮譽證書。
(三)優秀組織單位
根據每個單位宣傳、組織情況與選手獲獎情況綜合評出優秀組織單位若干,具體名額不超過參賽單位數量的20%,頒發榮譽證書與獎牌。
(四)優秀推廣社團
對本次活動宣傳有突出貢獻的單位和院校(社團),此獎項評選須由社團自主填表申報,提供積極推廣宣傳本次活動的佐證材料,如推廣照片、推文截圖、QQ或微信群組織情況、推廣成果描述等,由活動組委會評定,頒發榮譽證書與獎牌。

Eligibility: This competition is open globally to individuals, teams, and organizations. Each team may have up to 5 members. Participants with backgrounds in foreign languages and international trade, journalism and communication, cultural media, film and television arts, visual communication design, Chinese language and literature, and other related fields or industries are particularly encouraged to participate.
Themes: There are three themes in this competition. Participants must select at least one theme for submission.
1.China’s Stories: Global Resonance
Participants are required to tell Chinese stories vividly through documentary short films or microfilms. Submissions may focus on people and events, showing the integration of individual endeavors with the spirit of the times, or explore cultural heritage and tourism sites, uncovering the spirit of humanity and the wisdom of development in architecture, craftsmanship, folk customs, and other cultural elements. These works should present the rich heritage and contemporary vitality of Chinese culture through compelling narratives, allowing the world to feel the pulse and warmth of China’s development.
2.China’s Treasures: Global Sharing
Participants are required to select products with distinctive Chinese cultural characteristics (such as Chinese tea sets, silk products, traditional clothing, etc.) and present them from the perspective of “telling Chinese product stories well.” Through presentation and explanation, participants should introduce the cultural significance and contemporary value of these products. The products being explained must be displayed as actual items or images, presenting their appeal from multiple angles including historical origins, craftsmanship, and practical use.
3.China’s Melodies: Global Harmony
Participants are required to select English translations of classic Chinese literary works or classic Chinese songs to perform and submit video recordings (international participants may choose to perform in Chinese). These performances should present the diversity and rich heritage of Chinese culture, creating resonance between the elegance of Eastern civilization and international audiences. Participants are encouraged to creatively incorporate cultural elements such as traditional Chinese clothing and traditional Chinese musical instruments into their performances, making Chinese culture more vivid, lively, and accessible.
Submission Requirements:
- The language of each submission may be Chinese (available only for international students) or English. Subtitles in both Chinese and English are required.
- Participants should select at least one theme to create and submit their video submissions.
- Video content must comply with relevant national laws and regulations, align with core socialist values, and be healthy, positive, and uplifting.
- Videos should be 3 to 5 minutes in length, with a maximum of 8 minutes. All videos must be in MP4 format, 1920×1080 resolution, filmed in horizontal orientation, and not exceed 800MB in file size. Videos should have continuous and coherent visuals and audio free of interference and add the official video watermark provided.
- Videos must not contain any content unrelated to the competition, including but not limited to watermarks, product placements, QR codes, or links.
Competition Schedule
I .Registration and Submission
- From September 26, 2025 to March 5, 2026, participants should log in to the official competition website (https://www.52met.com/act/2025tjg) to register, fill in accurate information as required, and submit the registration form. For team or organizational entries, a single representative may register on behalf of the entire team or organization. Information can be modified before the registration deadline, but no changes are allowed afterwards.
Please Note: When registering, participants should indicate their submitting institution according to the categories: domestic universities, overseas universities, or non-university institutions. Students and faculty members should select the school of enrollment. All members of the same team must be from the same institution.
- After completing registration, participants should select at least one theme for creation, add the official video watermark provided, submit video work online through the official competition website, and fill in the required information about their work. After submission, staff will complete the review within 1 to 5 business days. Only approved works will be displayed on the official website. If not approved, participants may revise and resubmit their work before the submission deadline.
- Participants are encouraged to post submissions on Douyin (the Chinese version of TikTok) with the competition hashtag (#全球推薦官中國文化國際傳播大賽) to increase visibility. Bonus points will be awarded during the judging process based on the number of likes received on Douyin.
- This competition is a public welfare activity with no participation fees.

By submitting works to the competition, participants agree to authorize all organizing institutions (organizers, undertakers, co-organizers, and academic support organization) to use the submitted works, including but not limited to the rights of publication, reproduction, exhibition, media coverage, online promotion, and network distribution.
II. Competition Judging
In March 2026, submissions for the three themes will undergo preliminary expert evaluation, final on-site evaluation (or finals event). The judging will comprehensively assess theme content, language proficiency, presentation quality, video quality, and other factors, with the number of likes on Douyin considered as bonus points, to determine the final winners. (Specific judging criteria will be provided separately.)
Awards:
- Submission Awards
The competition will award the following prizes. Winners of the Grand Prize, First Prize, and Second Prize will receive the ” Global Promoters of Chinese Culture” certificate.
- Grand Prize: 3 winners, rewards worth 5,000 RMB & certificate of honor
- First Prize: 9 winners, rewards worth 2,000 RMB & certificate of honor
- Second Prize: 18 winners, rewards worth 1,000 RMB & certificate of honor
- Third Prize: 60 winners, rewards worth 500 RMB & certificate of honor
The competition is organized into seven regional divisions. Each division will award First, Second, and Third Prizes within the division, with certificates of honor. The total number of awards will be set at 10% of the total submissions (2%, 3%, and 5% for First, Second, and Third Prizes respectively), determined through regional finals or expert evaluation.
2. Outstanding Instructor Awards
Instructors who guide students to win one Second Prize or higher, or a cumulative total of three awards during the competition, will receive this award and a certificate of honor.
3. Outstanding Organizing Institution Awards
Outstanding Organizing Institutions will be selected based on their efforts in promoting the event, their effectiveness in organizing participants from their institution, and the achievements of those participants. The total number of institutions to be awarded will not exceed 20% of all participating institutions. Winners will receive certificates of honor and medals.
4. Outstanding Competition Promotion Clubs and Units
Institutions and student clubs that have made outstanding contributions to promoting this competition are eligible for this award. Clubs must proactively submit an application by completing an application form and providing supporting materials that demonstrate their active promotion of the competition, such as promotional photos, social media post screenshots, QQ or WeChat group activity records, and descriptions of promotional results. Winners will be selected by the event organizing committee and will receive certificates of honor and medals.
