親愛的同學及同事們:
為維護安全的校園環境,保障大學人員及財產的安全,根據現行《公共地方使用指引》第 2.7.7 條,校園內禁止使用任何電動移動工具 (EMDs),包括但不限於電動自行車和電動滑板車。故此,校內嚴禁使用任何形式為任何電動移動工具(EMDs)或其電池組充電。
如校內發現任何違反行為,基於公共安全考量,大學保安組人員將根據上述指引第2.2.5條,採取即時行動,包括切斷電源及移走有關工具/裝置/電池。物主可於辦公時間憑相關擁有權證明文件到保安中心(E7)進行認領,否則物品將視為失物處理。
另外,根據本澳第3/2007號法律《道路交通法》第十二條第四款,禁止機動或非機動滑板車在公共道路上通行,但屬主管實體明示許可通行的地點除外,違反上述規定者,可被科處罰款澳門幣600元。請大家遵守法規,切勿以身試法。詳情可參閱轉載自治安警察局的宣傳影片。

Dear Students and Colleagues,
To maintain a safe campus environment and ensure the safety of university personnel and property, all Electric Mobility Devices (EMDs), including but not limited to electric bicycles and electric scooters, are prohibited on campus in accordance with Item 2.7.7 of the “Guidelines for the Use of Public Area on Campus”. Charging any electric mobility devices (EMDs) or their batteries in any way is strictly prohibited on campus.
For any violation found on campus, our security guards will take immediate action according to Article 2.2.5 of the aforementioned guidelines, which includes cutting off the power supply and removing the devices/batteries/items found on site in consideration of the negative impact that may be incurred on public safety. Owners can claim back their items at the Security Centre (E7) during office hours with relevant proof of ownership documents. Otherwise, the items will be considered as lost items.
According to Article 12 (4) of the Road Traffic Law No. 3/2007, scooters are prohibited on public roads, unless in designated area explicitly allowed by the supervising entity. The public security authorities have the right to impose a fine of MOP600 on offenders. Here is a promotional video reposted from the Public Security Police Force, for your reference.
The last but not least, lithium-ion batteries are widely used in our daily lives, please be reminded to follow the safety tips “Tips on Lithium-ion Battery Safety” for avoiding any accident from happening.
