澳大持續進修中心為教育及青年發展局開辦四個與教學人員相關的專業課程
2026年1月,澳大持續進修中心為教育及青年發展局開辦四個與教學人員相關的專業課程,吸引澳門多所中小學及幼稚園共120名教學人員參與。這些課程不僅能推動教學隊伍專業化建設,還能有效地強化教學人員的教學技能,助力其職業發展。
四個專業課程主題覆蓋幼兒教育、領導力和價值教育,以滿足不同學科教學人員的專業發展需求。各個課程的課題及內容如下:
“靜觀童行:專注與覺察童心與成長” 課程,為6學時。學員通過導師的理論講解及親身實踐體驗,掌握在校園場景下開展靜觀活動的方法及技巧,從而更好地培養幼兒的專注力,進一步提升其學習效率。
“強化中學教學人員的領導力發展工作坊” ,為9學時。導師通過實例分享,教授學員有效的領導策略,助力建立優質的校園學習環境及良好的家校合作關係,以促進中學生身心健康發展,提升其學習參與度。
“賦能澳門中小學教學人員:感恩價值重塑與領導力實踐工作坊” ,也為9學時。學員通過小組討論,了解感恩價值在教育領導工作中的重要性,以及對個人幸福感及人際關係的積極影響。
“時事新聞啟發價值教育” 課程,為12學時。導師通過互動遊戲,教授學員將時事新聞融入教學的方法,助力他們在課堂中開展價值教育,推動中小學生建立正確價值觀。
四個專業課程已圓滿結束,並獲得學員們一致好評。
澳大持續進修中心將繼續致力為教育及青年發展局開辦更多專業培訓課程,持續推動教學人員的專業發展,進一步提升教育質量,為澳門下一代提供更優質的教育環境,培養其成為未來具備競爭力的人才。
CCE organized four courses for the Education and Youth Development Bureau
In January 2026, CCE organized four professional courses related to teaching staff for the Education and Youth Development Bureau (DSEDJ). The four courses attracted 120 teaching staff from primary and secondary schools, as well as kindergartens in Macao. These courses aimed to enhance teaching skills of the teaching staff and support their career development.
The courses covered themes of early childhood education, leadership and values education, which met the professional development needs of teaching staff in different disciplines. The course topics and contents were as follows:
“Mindfulness with Children: Focusing and Observing Children’ Heart and Growth” was 6 hours. Through theoretical explanations and personal experiences, participants learned methods and skills to conduct mindful activities in classrooms, so as to cultivate children’s concentration and improve their learning efficiency.
“Enhanced Leadership Development Workshop for Secondary School Teachers” was 9 hours. Participants were taught effective leadership strategies through case studies to establish a high-quality learning environment in schools and good collaboration with parents. The physical and mental health development of secondary school students was well promoted and their learning participation was enhanced.
“Gratitude Matters and Grateful Leadership: A Workshop for Macau Primary and Secondary School Teachers” was also 9 hours and involved group discussions. Participants gained insights into the importance of gratitude values in educational leadership and their positive impact on personal well-being and interpersonal relationships.
“Enlightening Values Education from Current News” was 12 hours and involved interactive games. Participants were taught how to integrate current affairs into their teaching and conduct value education in the classroom to foster correct values among primary and secondary school students.
The four professional courses were successfully completed and received positive feedback from the participants.
CCE continues to offer more professional training courses for DSEDJ to promote the professional development of teaching staff and enhance the quality of education. CCE hopes to provide a better educational environment for the next generation in Macao to cultivate them into competitive talents for the future.
