To enhance participants’ understanding of the implementation of government procurement contracts—particularly the handling of abnormal contract performance—and to ensure that participants can correctly comprehend relevant concepts and apply the proper practices in execution, so as to achieve clean procurement and good governance in government procurement, thereby effectively establish contracts in obtained procurement projects.

課程為加強學員對政府採購合同執行情況的認知，尤其是異常執行的處理辦法，以及期望學員能掌握相關概念的正確理解和靈活執行相關事務的正確做法，俾使能達到廉潔採購和做到良好管治的政府採購，從而有效地達到為取得採購項目而訂立的適當的採購合同。
