各位同學及同事們：
茲通知E31學生活動中心於2026年2月下旬至5月上旬進行外牆防水修繕工程。工程期間將會在外牆部分位置搭建棚架並圍封地面，各出入口仍可照常通行，敬請留意現場指示。另外，施工期間亦會產生灰塵及嘈音。工程位置圖請參閱附件。

Dear Students and Colleagues,
Please note that the waterproofing repair works of external walls at E31 Student Activity Centre will be conducted from Late-February to Early-May 2026. During the works, scaffolding will be erected at part of exterior wall and the surrounding area at ground floor. The entrance will be opened as usual. Please pay attention to the site instruction. Besides, generation of dust and noise are expected. Please refer to the attached work location plan for your information.
