We are pleased to invite you to a special industry talk organized by the Faculty of Science and Technology in collaboration with the FST Students’ Association. This session will feature Mr. CK Chan, Director of Facilities Academy, and Mr. Justin Mok, Director of Electrical at Wynn, who will share insights into career opportunities in facilities and engineering at one of Macau’s premier hospitality resorts. - Speaker’s Introduction:
CK Chan is Director of Facilities Academy at Wynn, responsible for talent development and leadership training in facilities management. Mr. Justin Mok serves as Director of Electrical, overseeing critical infrastructure and technical operations. Together, they lead initiatives to cultivate local talent through professional programs that combine hands-on experience with leadership coaching.
This talk will be especially valuable for students interested in facilities management, engineering, hospitality operations, technical leadership, and career development in the resort and facility services sector.

CK Chan 先生現任永利設施學院總監，負責設施管理領域的人才發展與領導力培訓。Mr. Justin Mok 擔任電氣總監，監督關鍵基礎設施與技術運營。兩位共同推動各項計劃，透過結合實務經驗與領導力輔導的專業課程，培育本地人才。本講座對於對設施管理、工程、酒店運營、技術領導力以及度假村與設施服務行業職業發展感興趣的同學尤具價值。
