■ Introduction In addition to developing leadership and critical thinking, “Sleepability” is an equally essential core competency for university students. If you feel that sleep quality is unpredictable—like opening an unknown blind box every night—this lecture will provide professional insights to help you master key techniques for improving sleep, ensuring that deep rest is no longer a matter of chance.

  • Understanding Importance: Gain deep insights into how sleep affects physical and mental health, and debunk common sleep myths.
  • Teaching Sleep Hygiene: Learn to establish scientific sleep habits and environments.
