The 7th Summer Camp for Outstanding Students now open for application

The application for the 7th Summer Camp for Outstanding Students, organized by the Faculty of Science and Technology (FST) at the University of Macau, is now open!
 
This camp is designed for students intending to apply for PhD programmes in the Faculty of Information Science and Computing, Faculty of Sciences, and Faculty of Engineering for the 2027/2028 academic year. Participants will be provided with two nights of free accommodation and will have the opportunity to attend on-site PhD admission interviews during the camp.
 
We warmly invite you to recommend qualified prospective students—particularly current master’s students or outstanding undergraduates—to apply via the registration form. Please feel free to share this opportunity with your family and friends!
 
Summer Camp Details:
Eligibility Criteria:
Applicants must intend to enroll in a PhD programme at UM for the 2027/2028 academic year and meet at least one of the following conditions:
  • Nominated by a prospective PhD supervisor at UM;
  • Currently enrolled as an outstanding student at an internationally recognized university or a Chinese “Double First-Class” institution, with an average score ≥ 80 or GPA ≥ 3.0 (on a 4.0 scale);
  • Ranked in the top 30% of their class or have a GPA ≥ 3.0;
  • Recommended by a partner institution of FST.
Important Note:
Preliminarily selected candidates will receive a conditional offer. They must complete the official UM PhD application online within 7 days and pay an application fee of HKD/MOP 250.

由澳門大學科技學院主辦的「第七屆優秀大學生暑期研習營」現已開始接受報名。本次研習營面向有意報讀信息學院、理學院及工學院之2027/2028 學年博士課程的學生。活動期間將為參與者提供兩晚免費住宿，並安排博士入學即場面試。誠邀大家推薦符合資格的潛在學生（特別是碩士生或傑出本科生）填寫申請表格報名參加。歡迎推薦給合資格家人及朋友!
 
暑期研習營詳情：
資格要求：
有意報讀澳門大學 2027/2028 學年博士課程，並符合以下至少一項條件者：
  • 獲澳門大學潛在博士導師提名；
  • 就讀於國際知名大學或中國「雙一流」建設高校之優秀在讀學生，平均成績達 80 分或以上，或 GPA 達 3.0 或以上（滿分 4.0）；
  • 班級排名前 30% 或 GPA 達 3.0 或以上；
  • 獲科技學院合作院校推薦。
重要提示：
初步獲選者將收到有條件錄取通知，並須於 7 天內在澳門大學官方網站完成博士課程申請，並繳付港幣/澳幣 250 元申請費。
