Dear students,

The English Language Centre (ELC -FAH) is currently recruiting 1 student trainee  to assist with administrative work for the 2026 Summer English Programme (SEP26).

Please review the details below for more information.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide supports to administrative work
  • Be responsible for office reception
  • Respond to SEP26 students’ inquiries
  • Assist with ad hoc tasks assigned by the ELC Office.

Requirements:
  • Current UM students  (valid UM studentship before July 15, 2026)
  • English and Mandarin proficiency are preferred
  • Punctual, responsible and proactive

Working Period & Time:
  • June  – July, 2026, from Monday to Friday (Flexible)
  • 4 hours per shift
  • AM (09:00 -13:00) or PM (14:00-18:00), 15 hours maximum per week

Hourly Rate:
  • MOP 48 per hour 

Working Location:
  • ELC office E7-2016
