澳大書院師生赴橫琴了解教育產業及生涯發展機遇
為推動學生深入了解橫琴粵澳深度合作區的教育現狀與發展契機，澳門大學十所住宿式書院於3月19日，聯合舉辦「生涯規劃發展探索之旅：橫琴合作區教育行業專場」。本次活動由7名書院教職員帶領28名教育專業的學生，先後走訪橫琴哈羅禮德學校（下稱橫琴哈羅）及首都師範大學子期實驗中學（下稱子期中學），透過實地考察及與校長面對面交流，探索深合區教育事業的新機遇。
在橫琴哈羅，澳大師生考察了小班制教學環境、多媒體劇場及藝術空間等多元化教學設施。校長Luke Bartlett先生向學生介紹了哈羅公學的悠久歷史及辦學理念；助理校長劉媛媛及教師團隊則針對人才招聘、實習需求進行詳盡講解，並與書院教職員就開展實習合作的可能性，進行了深度交流。
隨後，澳大一行轉往子期中學。在參觀優美的校園環境後，校長阮翠蓮親自主持座談會。曾在北京任教多年的阮校長，結合自身豐富的教育管理經驗，剖析了深合區教育行業的發展脈絡，並勉勵澳大學子，精確制定生涯目標，方能在區域發展的浪潮中捕捉機遇。
「生涯規劃發展探索之旅」由澳門大學住宿式書院聯合主辦，屬「書院學術輔導計劃」下的核心項目。該計劃旨在搭建學界與業界的溝通橋樑，讓學生透過企業參訪與行業資深人士對話，切實掌握職場運作實務。本次活動亦獲得新青協澳門青年生涯規劃中心的專業協助。

UM Residential College Delegation Visit Hengqin to Explore Career development Opportunities
To empower students with a deeper understanding of the current educational development opportunities in Hengqin, the ten Residential Colleges (RCs) of the University of Macau (UM) jointly organized the “Career Planning and Development Exploration Tour” on March 19. Led by seven RC academic staff, 28 students majoring in education visited Harrow LiDe School Hengqin (“Harrow Hengqin”) and the Hengqin Ziqi Experimental Middle School affiliated with Capital Normal University (“Ziqi Middle School”). Through immersive site visits and direct dialogues with school leadership, students gained firsthand insights within the educational sector of the Cooperation Zone.
At Harrow Hengqin, the UM delegation toured modern teaching facilities, including interactive small-group classrooms, a contemporary drama theater, and dedicated art spaces. The Head Master, Mr. Luke Bartlett, shared the storied heritage and core educational philosophy of Harrow School. Furthermore, Assistant Head Ms. Lydia Liu and the teaching team provided comprehensive briefings on talent recruitment and internship requirements. They also engaged in in-depth discussions with RC staff regarding the potential for establishing internship collaborations.
The delegation then visited Ziqi Middle School. Following a tour of the scenic campus, principal Ruan Cuilian—who brings years of teaching experience from Beijing—personally chaired a seminar. She offered a sophisticated analysis of the educational industry’s trajectory in the Cooperation Zone and exhorted UM students to refine their career objectives to better navigate the transformative wave of regional integration.
The “Career Planning and Development Exploration Tour” is a core initiative under the Residential College Academic Tutorial Programme, organized by the ten UM RCs with the professional support of the Macao Youth Life and Career Planning Centre. The initiative serves as a vital bridge between academia and the professional world, enabling students to deeply understand the workplace dynamics through corporate engagement and dialogues with industry veterans.
