[FED] FED Signs Framework Agreement with Hengqin Livelihood Affairs Bureau to Deepen Qin-Macao Educational Cooperation

[教育學院] 澳大教育學院與橫琴民生事務局簽署框架協議共同開啟琴澳教育合作新篇章

On the afternoon of 25 March 2026, a delegation from the Faculty of Education (FED) of the University of Macau visited Boya Primary School in Hengqin to attend the signing ceremony of the “Framework Agreement on Social Practice, Exchange, and Cooperation in the Cooperation Zone.” Prof. Lianghuo FAN, Dean and Director of the Centre for STEM and AI Education of FED, signed the agreement on behalf of the Faculty of Education, alongside the Livelihood Affairs Bureau of the Guangdong-Macao In-Depth Cooperation Zone in Hengqin and the Macau University of Science and Technology. This cooperation aims to innovate the model of educational exchange between Hengqin and Macao, providing social practice opportunities for FED students in schools within the Cooperation Zone, while achieving resource sharing and complementary advantages in teacher cultivation.

During the signing ceremony, Ms. Fangdan FENG, Director of the Livelihood Affairs Bureau, extended a warm welcome to the FED delegation. Dean Fan expressed his sincere gratitude to the Livelihood Affairs Bureau for its substantial support. He emphasized that the signing of this framework agreement is a significant step for the Faculty to actively integrate into the development of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and to enhance students’ practical experience. By engaging in social practice within public schools in the Cooperation Zone, students can gain a deeper understanding of the mainland’s educational system, while simultaneously introducing an international educational perspective to the schools in Hengqin, creating a win-win situation.

Subsequently, both parties participated in a thematic seminar titled “Cultivation of Young Teachers under the Perspective of Qin-Macao Synergy: Needs, Challenges, and Innovations.” During the session, Prof. Shulin YU, Assistant Dean (Student Affairs) and Director of the Centre for Language and Literacy Education, shared FED’s cultivation models for education majors, including nurturing objectives, curriculum design, and career pathways. Our student representatives, Mingchen ZHANG and Guoda LI, also delivered presentations regarding their academic planning, career goals, and expectations for the social practice programme. Representatives from public primary and secondary schools in the Cooperation Zone shared their requirements for the core competencies of young teachers, as well as their current practices in project-based learning and interdisciplinary teaching.

Afterwards, FED delegation was guided by representatives of Boya Primary School to tour the campus, gaining insights into its campus culture, scale, teaching staff, and featured curriculum. Representatives from the Livelihood Affairs Bureau also provided an overview of the overall educational development and resources in the Cooperation Zone. This activity not only broadened the practice and employment channels for our students but also further deepened the substantive cooperation between Hengqin and Macao in the field of education.

The FED delegation included: Prof. Lianghuo FAN, Dean and Director of the Centre for STEM and AI Education; Prof. Shulin YU, Assistant Dean (Student Affairs) and Director of the Centre for Language and Literacy Education; Prof. Tien Ping HSIANG, Subject Convenor of the Master of Philosophy in Education (Curriculum and Instruction); and student representatives Mingchen ZHANG and Guoda LI.

Representatives from the Livelihood Affairs Bureau and local schools included: Director Fangdan FENG; Deputy Director Fengmei XU; Acting Head of Education Development Division, Cuibing TANG; Deputy Head Zhirong CHEN; Principal Lian ZHANG of Ziqi Primary School; Vice Principal Youqin DENG of Ziqi Experimental Middle School; Principal Guihua YANG of Hengqin First Primary School; Vice Principal Wei CAO of Songqin Primary School; and Principal Qian MU of Boya Primary School.

2026年3月25日下午,澳門大學教育學院代表團赴橫琴伯牙小學,參加橫琴粵澳深度合作區社會實踐交流合作框架協議簽約儀式。院長兼科技與人工智能教育中心主任范良火教授代表教育學院,與橫琴粵澳深度合作區民生事務局及澳門科技大學共同簽署協議。此次合作旨在創新琴澳教育交流模式,為我院學生提供在合作區學校社會實踐的機會,實現教師培養領域的資源共享與優勢互補。

簽約儀式上,橫琴粵澳深度合作區民生事務局馮方丹局長對本院代表團的到訪表示熱烈歡迎。范院長在致辭中對合作區民生事務局的大力支持表示感謝。他強調,此次簽署框架協議是教育學院積極融入粵港澳大灣區發展大局、提升學生實踐經驗的重要舉措。通過在合作區公辦學校開展社會實踐,學生能更深入瞭解內地教育體系,同時為合作區學校注入國際化教育視野,達成雙贏局面。

隨後,雙方圍繞琴澳協同視角下的青年教師培養:需求、挑戰與創新主題展開專題座談交流。會上,助理院長(學生事務)兼語言教育中心主任于書林教授分享了我院教育類專業學生的培養模式,包括培養目標、課程設置及就業路徑等豐富經驗。本院學生代表張名琛及李果達亦就個人學術規劃、職業發展目標以及參與此次實踐計劃的期待作了發言。合作區各公辦中小學校長及教師代表則分享了目前學校對青年教師核心素養的需求,以及在項目式學習、跨學科教學等方面的實踐現狀。

座談會後,本院代表團在橫琴伯牙小學代表的引導下參觀了校園,詳細瞭解該校的校園文化、辦學規模、師資隊伍及特色課程設置。民生事務局代表亦介紹了合作區整體的教育發展現狀與未來資源概況。此次活動不僅為我院學生拓寬了實踐與就業渠道,更進一步深化了琴澳兩地在教育領域的實質性合作。
