FBA Awards to Outstanding Staff in Teaching, Research and Service for Academic Year 2025/2026

In order to recognize excellence in teaching, research and service, FBA is honored to announce the following outstanding academic staff awards 2025/2026. Please join us in congratulating the following recipients.
FBA Outstanding Teaching Award – Prof. Cheris Wing Chi CHOW
Prof. Cheris Wing Chi CHOW is an Associate Professor in Marketing at the Department of Management and Marketing (MMI). She has taught a wide variety of courses at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels for many years with outstanding teaching performance. In past year, Prof. CHOW initiated a pilot program using a course-based approach for Project Report of MSc in Data Science (Marketing Analytics) programme. This approach provides the students with a solid and systematic training on essential research skills, such as problem identifications, data analysis and report writing. With the help of this innovative training program, students’ graduation rates have significantly been improved.
FBA Outstanding Research Awards – Prof. Hongchuan SHEN, Prof. Huiling HUANG, Prof. Xin LIU, and Prof. Liwen ZHANG
From different departments of FBA, Prof. Hongchuan SHEN, Prof. Huiling HUANG, Prof. Xin LIU, and Prof. Liwen ZHANG demonstrated their research excellence and received the FBA Outstanding Research Awards.
Prof. Hongchuan SHEN is an Assistant Professor of Business Intelligence and Analytics at the Department of Accounting and Information Management. Since joining in 2023, his publications in top-notch venues such as Information Systems Research (UTD24, FT50, ABS4*) have enabled him to receive such remarkable achievements. In addition, Prof. SHEN was awarded National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) Young Scientists Fund (Category C).
Prof. Huiling HUANG is an Assistant Professor of Integrated Resort and Tourism Management at the Department of Integrated Resort and Tourism Management. Since joining in 2022, she has published in journals identified as top by the Department such as Annals of Tourism Research, Journal of Travel Research and International Journal of Hospitality Management.
Prof. Xin LIU is an Associate Professor of Finance at the Department of Finance and Business Economics at FBA. Since joining in 2024, he has accumulated brilliant research achievements in finance by publishing in the top-3 journals in the field such as Journal of Financial Economics (UTD24, FT50, ABS4*) and Review of Financial Studies (UTD24, FT50, ABS4*).
Prof. Liwen ZHANG is an Associate Professor of Management at the Department of Management and Marketing. Since joining in 2022, she has gained a very fruitful publication record including Journal of Applied Psychology (ABS4*, FT50) and Personnel Psychology (ABS4*) that covers her core research area in organizational behavior research. She was awarded the 2024 Academy of Management Human Resources Division Scholarly Achievement award. Since its establishment in 1989, this is the second time that a scholar from an Asian university has received this prestigious award as the first author.
FBA Outstanding Service Award – Prof. Leona Shao Zhi LI
As an Assistant Professor of Business Economics at the Department of Finance and Business Economics, Prof. Leona LI has demonstrated exceptional dedication and service through a variety of impactful roles and contributions, such as serving as the committee member for Faculty Seminar Series, member of APAEM Macao Economy Team, programme management committee member for PhD programme revision, and committee member for the Honours College.

傑出教學獎 ─ 周詠芝教授
周詠芝教授現任市場學副教授，她多年來任教本科及研究生各類課程，教學表現優異。在過去一年，周教授採用授課式教學模式（course-based approach），為理學碩士學位（數據科學）— 市場營銷分析課程項目報告（Project Report）推行先導計劃。這種模式為學生提供了紮實且系統化的必要研究技能訓練，如問題識別、數據分析和報告撰寫。在這個創新訓練的幫助下，學生的畢業率顯著地提升。
傑出研究獎 ─ 沈鴻川教授、黄慧靈教授、劉昕教授、張麗文教授
傑出研究獎得獎者分別是來自工商管理學院不同學系的沈鴻川教授、黄慧靈教授、劉昕教授和張麗文教授。他們展現了卓越的研究成果。
沈鴻川教授現為商業智能與分析助理教授。自2023年加入澳大以來，於頂尖期刊如《Information Systems Research》（UTD24，FT50，ABS4*）發表論文，獲得了卓越的成就。此外，沈教授亦獲得國家自然科學基金資助─青年科學基金項目（C類）。
黄慧靈教授於2022年加入澳大，現任綜合度假村及旅遊管理學系的助理教授。黄教授在多個被該學系列為頂尖期刊上發表論文，包括《Annals of Tourism Research》、《Journal of Travel Research》及《International Journal of Hospitality Management》。
劉昕教授是金融學副教授，於2024年加入澳大。他在金融領域積累了卓越的研究成果，曾在該領域的頂級期刊《Journal of Financial Economics》（UTD24，FT50，ABS4*）及《Review of Financial Studies》（UTD24，FT50，ABS4*）發表論文。
張麗文教授於2022年加入澳大，現任管理學系副教授。她在組織行為研究該核心領域取得了豐碩的發表成果，包括發表於《Journal of Applied Psychology》（ABS4*, FT50）及《Personnel Psychology》（ABS4*）等期刊。於2024年獲得管理學會人力資源範疇學術成就獎，成為自1989年創立以來，第二位以第一作者身份獲得此榮譽的亞洲大學學者。
傑出服務獎 ─ 李少知教授
作為商業經濟學助理教授，李少知教授通過擔任多項重要職務，為學院貢獻卓越的服務，包括擔任學院研討會系列商業經濟學的統籌人、亞太經濟與管理研究所澳門經濟團隊成員、哲學博士課程改革委員會成員、以及榮譽學院的委員會等。
