Dear Students,

The Student Affairs Office – Psychological Counselling Centre is proud to host the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Higher Education Psychological Counseling (Guidance) Alliance Conference 2026. We are looking for enthusiastic, responsible, and skilled student helpers to ensure the smooth operation of this three-day academic event

  1. Target applicants:

    • Current University of Macau student (undergraduate or postgraduate)
    • Both local and Non-local students are welcomed;
    • Be available full-day from 10–12 June 2026.
  1. On Duty Period : June 10-12 2026 (Wednesday to Friday)

  2. Required Working time : 16-20 hour

  3. Key Responsibilities:
     

    • Photography & Video: Capturing key moments (speakers, panel discussion, group photos) and basic video clips for social media wrap-ups
    • Graphic Design: Creating on-site signage, poster, and promotion materials
    • Event Organization & Hospitality: Providing front-line support for session flow control, registration desk, venue setup, and crowd management with a warm, professional manner

  4. Requirements

    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/Illustrator/InDesign), photography, video editing skills
    • Have strong communication and interpersonal skills;
       (Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English; trilingual preferred)
    • Be proactive, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
    • Previous experience in conference, workshop, or large-scale activity organization

  2. Hourly rate: MOP 48 / MOP 66 (depending on the task required);

學生事務部 – 心理輔導中心將主辦 「2026 年粵港澳高校心理諮詢（輔導）聯盟會議」。我們現正招募充滿熱誠、有責任感及具備不同技能的學生幫手，協助這個為期三天的學術會議順利進行。

對象：

  • 澳門大學在校學生（學士或研究生）

  • 歡迎本地生及非本地生申請

  • 必須能全天參與 2026 年 6 月 10 日至 12 日

當值日期： 2026 年 6 月 10 至 12 日（星期三至星期五）

所需工作時數： 16 至 20 小時

主要工作範圍：

  • 攝影及錄影： 拍攝會議重點時刻（講者、專題討論、團體合照）及簡單短片，供社交媒體回顧之用

  • 平面設計： 製作現場指示牌、海報及宣傳材料

  • 活動統籌及接待： 提供前線支援，包括會議流程控制、接待處登記、場地佈置及人流管理，並以親切專業的態度服務

要求：

  • 熟練使用 Adobe Creative Suite（Photoshop / Illustrator / InDesign），具備攝影及影片剪輯技能

  • 具備良好的溝通及人際交往能力（能流利使用普通話、粵語及英語；三語皆佳者優先）

  • 主動、準時，能在節奏快、需多工處理的環境下工作

  • 曾參與會議、工作坊或大型活動的統籌工作

時薪： 澳門幣 48 元/66元 （視具體任務而定）
