澳門大學何鴻燊東亞書院啦啦隊於2026年4月19日（星期日）舉行的院際啦啦隊比賽中，以卓越表現勇奪一等獎，協助書院再次贏得由書院學生聯合活動委員會（CICA）主辦的「院長盃」總冠軍殊榮，連續第三年榮登榜首，續寫書院輝煌歷史！
在整個學年中，書院在多項賽事中彰顯傑出競技與堅定投入，斬獲優異成績：
- 籃球比賽：冠軍
- 啦啦隊比賽：一等獎
- 乒乓球比賽：季軍
- 足球比賽：殿軍
除了獲得獎項外，書院亦積極參與由CICA舉辦的其他活動，包括演講比賽及音樂節等。這些寶貴的參與積分為總成績注入強勁動力，更突顯書院不僅追逐勝績，更矢志全人發展的教育理念。
本次比賽，何鴻燊東亞書院啦啦隊以米奇和朋友們的奇妙樂園為主題，「聚是一團火，散是滿天星」為主題口號，深刻詮釋團隊團結精神；改編《米奇妙妙屋》背景音樂融合啦啦隊鼓點節奏，隊員身著經典元素服飾及道具，每位飾演不同角色，搭配啦啦操標準律動，齊整靈動，盡顯歡樂青春氣息。隊伍堅持競技啦啦隊定位，呈現豐富技巧，例如多底層雙股立姿、電梯、空拋等；金字塔部分創新突出，包含首次嘗試倒立Hand Hand動作，技驚四座，贏得評審及觀眾一致讚譽。
「院長盃」不僅是競技的較量，更是品格與理念的展現。院長羅茜教授對同學們的付出予以高度肯定：「書院同學們以無畏精神與互助情誼，成就三連霸榮耀，這不僅彰顯體育卓越，更體現我們社群的深厚紐帶與共同成長。」這項三連冠壯舉，完美印證書院在學術追求、運動熱忱與文化浸潤間的和諧平衡。書院以此鼓舞全體同學砥礪前行，持續傳承互助友愛的核心價值。
The University of Macau Stanley Ho East Asia College (SHEAC) cheerleading team delivered an outstanding performance to clinch first prize at the Inter-College Cheerleading Competition held on 19 April, 2026 (Sunday). The College secured the “Masters’ Cup” overall championship hosted by the Committee on Inter-College Activities (CICA) once again — the third straight year atop the podium, continuing the College’s illustrious legacy!
Throughout the academic year 2025-26, SHEAC demonstrated exceptional athletic prowess and unwavering commitment across multiple events, achieving impressive results:
- Basketball Competition: Champion
- Cheerleading Competition: First Prize
- Table Tennis Competition: Third Place
- Football Competition: Fourth Place
Beyond the awards, the College actively participated in other CICA-organized events, including the speech contest and the music festival. These valuable participation points provided a strong boost to the overall score, further highlighting the College’s philosophy of not only pursuing victories but also prioritising holistic student development.
In this competition, SHEAC’s cheerleading team themed around Mickey Mouse and his friends, with the slogan “Gather as a blazing fire, scatter as stars across the sky,” profoundly embodying team unity. Featuring a remixed Mickey Mouse Clubhouse background music blended with cheer drum rhythms, team members donned classic themed costumes and props, each portraying a unique character. The team synchronised with standard cheer routines which were precise, fluid and brimming with joyful youthful energy. Upholding their competitive cheer positioning, the team showcased diverse skills, such as double-leg stunts, elevators and tosses; the pyramid segment stood out with innovations, including the debut inverted hand-hand manoeuvre, astonishing judges and spectators alike.
The “Masters’ Cup” is more than a test of skills, it is a showcase of character and values. College Master Prof. Kathy Luo offered high praise for the students’ continued joint efforts: “Our College students, with fearless spirit and mutual support, have achieved this three-peat glory, demonstrating not just sporting excellence but the profound bonds and shared growth of our community.” This monumental three-in-a-row triumph perfectly validates SHEAC’s harmonious balance between academic pursuits, athletic passion and cultural engagement. The College aims to inspire all students to press forward, perpetuating the core values of collegial support and camaraderie.
