體育事務部 (OSA) 於本學期成功開辦『八段錦』興趣班,旨在推廣這項源於古代的中國傳統健身氣功,讓參與者體驗八段錦的多重益處,包括提升平衡感、動作協調性、肌力以及整體健康。
課程分為兩個班級,每班各八堂 ,於三月至五月期間於每週二的08:30-09:30及13:00-14:00上課。
課程由澳門健身氣功總會的專業認證教練以小班形式提供指導,協助學員掌握八段錦的基本動作。這些動作柔和、緩慢且連貫,能有效促進身心健康。
體育事務部透過開設多元化的體育課程,致力推動並鼓勵澳大師生及職員積極參與運動,享受運動帶來的樂趣與益處。

The Office of Sports Affairs (OSA) successfully launched the Baduanjin Interest Course to promote this traditional Chinese health practice. The course enables participants to experience a range of benefits, including improved balance, coordination, strength, and overall well-being.
The course is divided into two classes, each comprising eight sessions. Classes are held every Tuesday from March to May, from 08:30 to 09:30 and 13:00 to 14:00 at the UM Sports Complex.
Certified instructors from the Macau Health Qigong General Association provide personalised guidance in small class settings, helping participants learn and master the fundamentals of Baduanjin. The practice emphasises gentle, slow, and fluid movements, promoting physical and mental harmony.
The Office of Sports Affairs is committed to encouraging UM members to actively engage in sports activities, fostering healthy lifestyles and enjoyment through a diverse range of sports courses.
